Daughter’s Twitter Response to her Father Ramon Tulfo’s Alleged “Drug Problem” Column In De La Salle-CSB Goes Viral

Ramon Tulfo recently released a tirade in his column in the Philippine Daily Inquirer that went viral social media, calling out the alleged “drug activity” taking place supposedly at the De La Salle – College of St. Benilde (DLS-CSB). This was started when his daughter apparently went home with droopy eyes, and later confessed to her mother that she had taken Valium allegedly bought from a fellow CSB student. This revelation supposedly led to a mini-search in his daughter’s room, where they found a bag of marijuana stashed in her bedroom. His column also says that after “further questioning”, he found out that his daughter supposedly bought it from a coffee shop near the school, and that his daughter apparently frequents three “coffee shops” nearby the La Salle and CSB area, namely Plato, Barn, and Beach. (La Sallians and other netizens familiar with the establishments criticized this inaccuracy online, as these places are not actually coffee shops but bars or watering holes.) According to Tulfo, he visited CSB in order to discuss with school authorities the supposedly prevailing “drug problem” but apparently, “no one wanted to talk to him”. Tulfo also further expresses in his column that:

I know that by writing this I would be exposing myself to embarrassment and my daughter to reprisal but I’m concerned about the other children and their parents. I learned that the students who push drugs at CSB are scions of rich or influential families.

After his column went viral on social media(Facebook and Twitter), the daughter in question, identified as Nastassja Tulfo, took to Twitter to express her frustration over her father’s article. In a flood of tweets, Nastassja vented the following:

“Know your facts and what really happened. WTH impulsive writting (sic) this is seriously bulls***” “Don’t blame my school. WTF IMPULSIVE WRITTING (sic) DAD” “FYI is my fault but NO ONE HAS THE RIGHT TO BLAME THE SCHOOL. IT’S ALL ON ME. It’s a personal choice NOT CSB!”

“Ruining the name of CSB won’t solve our family problems nor fixing the current issue. you just ruined the family name and me.”

Currently, Nastassja Tulfo’s Twitter account is set to private.

7 Year Old Girl Hacks Public Wi-Fi Network in 11 Minutes

How a 7-year Betsy Davies hacked a public Wi-Fi network in less than 10 minutes

Billions of people use free Wi-Fi services at the local coffee shop, Airports, Malls or any designated Wi-Fi hotspots where they work, make a video call, browse facebook, instagram, twitter or simply shop online. But public Wi-Fi networks have a pretty bad security record  and this is what VPN provider www.hidemyass.com wanted to prove.

An ethical hacking experiment was conducted as part of a new Wi-Fi safety public awareness campaign by VPN provider hidemyass which aims to prove that how easily one can hack into computers which are connected to these free public Wi-Fi hotspots.

The aim of hidemyass was public awareness but what this 7 year old Betsy Davies did was more surprising and impossible. Betsy Davies from Dulwich in South London hacked a willing participant’s laptop while it was connected to an open Wi-Fi network in less than 10 minutes.

The Experiment

Hidemyass obtained the consent of her family as she is a minor and set up a controlled environment for Betsy to work.  They build a purpose-made open Wi-Fi network which was similar to any of the public Wi-Fi networks found every where.

It took Betsy just 10 minutes and 54 seconds to learn how to set up a rogue access point, frequently used by attackers to activate what is known as a ‘man in the middle’ (MiTm) attack.  After setting up a rogue access point, Betsy managed to eavesdrop on the willing participants (victim’s) internet traffic.

More worry is that the 7 year old primary schooler used the hacking instructions available extensively online through Google Search engine.  If a 7 year old can take less than 11 minutes to hack into a computer through a Public Wi-Fi hotspot, just imagine how easily a hardened cyber criminal can break into any computer that is connected to such public Wi-Fi systems.

Though the idea behind this in-lab experiment was to show how insecure the public Wi-Fi networks are, users should note that this in-lab experiment is being replicated by thousands of cyber criminals in the open.  So just be that extra careful if you are on a public Wi-Fi network.

Actual statement in the video:
“Ladies and gentlemen, ang gagawin po namin is bubusina po kami para magising si Kuya,” RR Enriquez said. “Oh my gosh that so fun.”



Mark De Guzman said “Ang mga babaeng palingkera, bihisan mo man yan ng pagkamahal mahal na mga gamit, palingkera parin sila."

Maierhofer, the wife of PBA player Rico Maierhofer, issued an apology on her Instagram account, saying:

“This incident has taught me to be more sensitive towards people’s feelings and be more responsible for my actions. Tao lang po ako, hindi po ako perpekto, thank you sa lahat ng nagmessage, thank you sa asawa ko na hindi ako jinudge at niyakap ako, yan lang po talaga ang kailangan ko ngayon. Again, sorry po ulit.”

RR Enriquez, a former dancer of the show “Wowowee,” also issued a statement:

Para sa mga taong super maka judge. Yan ang message ko sa inyo. If anyone of you is without sin, let him be the first to throw a stone. When i woke up this morning a received a lot of message on my facebook and instagram account because of what i posted the other day.. Yung nag trip kami ni tih @jeckmaierhofer sa passenger na natutulog.. Nag honk kami para magising sya.. At first i thought it was funny. Some people took it seriously, some people think its funny.. Kanya kanyang comment.. But now i can honestly say Yes you are rights its rude.. Nabreak din yung heart ko when i realized na siguradong pagod yung guy na yun kaya sya nakatulog and yet ayun inisteal pa namin yung konting tulog na magagawa nya sana Sometimes we tend to do things dahil akala natin funny.. We do things ng hindi muna tayo nag iisip and i must say im one of them.. I usually post funny video of myself as in balahura talaga.. Because i just want to entertain everyone. And i must say this is the first time na ininvolve ko yung ibang tao.. And its a lesson learned for me but hello who are you to judge me? And question my faith as a Christian? If perfect na ako wala na magiging mayabang na ako kay God at iisipin ko na ako na si God. I must admit sobrang bully and naughty ko before and im super maldita pa but hello i know i changed a lot. But sometimes may magagawa ka talaga sa life mu na mali kasi nga walang perfect. Ang importante you learn how to humble yourself and admit yung maling ginawa mu. So sa mga taong mapanghusga jan.. Pansinin nyo muna yung sarili nyo kung minsan ba wala kayo nagawang nauthy sa life nyo? Grow up also.. Thank you and let God judge me.. And i guess lesson learned na sa akin ito.. Recorded through a hidden cellphone camera, the clip is over six minutes and twenty five seconds long. A quick snapshot at the video reveal that the students having sex are just in their early teens, prompting netizens to label the video as “Bagito scandal.”

UPDATE 02/04/2015: The boy in the trending ‘bagito sex scandal‘ has committed suicide after his video scandal went viral on the internet. The high school student was reportedly so depressed over the scandal that he felt hopeless about his life. His mother made the shocking revelation on Tuesday, February 3, 2015, according to some websites and social media sites. “Kulang pa ba ang buhay ng anak ko para matigil na ang pagkakalat ng mga tao ng mga bagay na ikababagsak ng kapwa nila?” the mother of the victim allegedly said. The high school student has been devastated since his video scandal surfaced last week. Sources said the scandalous acts between the two high school students in a stairway were recorded a year ago. Comments of some Facebook users revealed that the video taping of the two San Pascual National High School students allegedly took place in Batangas City Sports Complex. The scandal video has been all over the media sites. After it was revealed on Facebook, the male high school student has been suffering from depression and insomnia for several days that led him to commit suicide, his mother revealed in a reliable source.
