Melinda Samson Rabinowitz Bashed Call Centers in the Philippines

Melinda Samson Rabinowitz posted on her facebook account today July 09, 2014 04:30 Manila time expressing her anger to the call center in the Philippines namely AT&T, Western Union, New York Tel also known as PLDT overseas. Someone screenshot her post in facebook and went viral. Filipinos were angry of her because she quoted that all Filipinos working in the BPO customer service  are stupid despite of their college degree.   


Minutes had passed and she was shock that her facebook account received thousands of notification, almost 90 percent was bad words. Apparently she took a flak and deactivated her account out of raging social media maelstrom

She then relay the incident to her friends to clarify the situation.

According to his friend, the message was misunderstood, it was directed at the two firms in the U.S(United States) and third company that was the U.S Subsidiary of a Philippine Corporation not the entire call center industry in the Philippines.
