Alleged Photo of Kerwin Espinosa and Leila Delima in Burnham Park went viral online
Sen. Leila de Lima on Tuesday(November 23, 2016) denied any relationship with a drug suspect, Kerwin Espinosa, saying a photograph taken with him in Burnham Park.
“I don’t remember this honestly,” De Lima told reporters.
“I don’t know Espinosa, even the father,” she said, referring to Mayor Rolando Espinosa Sr. of Albuera, Leyte province.
