Another OARFISH found in Agusan

CABADBARAN, Agusan del Norte - Another oarfish was found in Brgy. Tolosa Cabadbaran, Agusan at dawn on sunday. 

Finding a giant oarfish washed up on the beach is a rare occurrence, since the fish is a deepwater species that's rarely seen at all. So when an oarfish was found the rumor mill kicked into high gear.

An 14-foot-long oarfish carcass discovered on April 9 was considered a once-in-a-lifetime event for the whole Brgy of Tolosa it has been said that it was their first time to see this sea creature. One of the fisherman in the village thought that it was just a sack. 

Now, some are claiming that oarfish washing ashore is a sign that an earthquake will soon follow.
